The Education Committee, the Press, Publication and Sponsorship Committee, and the Quality and Standards Committee held their first meetings in the 2nd week of March.
In the first meeting of the Education Committee, the basic structure of the training program and collaborations were determined. In the next stage, it is planned to elaborate on the training contents and clarify the people to be supported.
In the first meeting, the Press, Publication, and Sponsorship Committee emphasized the importance of company visits for recruiting new members and decided to work on a target list in this direction. Within the scope of press-publication activities, opportunities to publish news will be evaluated, and a preliminary preparation process will be initiated. It was decided to hold the next meeting face-to-face at the association headquarters.
At the first meeting of the Quality and Standards Committee, the current problems in the sector were discussed in detail, and proposals for solutions were presented. The committee aimed to raise awareness in the industry, enhance quality, and foster a deeper understanding of ethical business conduct, rather than making direct legal arrangements. At the next meeting, it is planned to examine international standards in more detail and discuss how they can be adapted to meet Turkey's needs.
